Sofitel Saigon Plaza to hold Saigon Gourmet Week

HCMC – The Sofitel Saigon Plaza will organize the third Saigon Gourmet Week, a culinary event for the most discerning food connoisseurs of HCMC from November 13 to 18.
The event will showcase innovative menus delicately crafted by four Michelin-star chefs – Bruno Ménard from Singapore, Michel Portos from France, Jean-Francois Bérard from France and Jérôme Laurent from China – and Celebrity Chef Régis Triguel from Russia.
The chefs will cook together for cooking classes, lunch and dinner with each event featuring two to three chefs. Every event and every menu will be different to underline how subtle and innovative high gastronomy can be.
The highlight of the week will be the Chefs Battle and Gala Dinner on Saturday, November 17 in the Diamond Hall. All the five chefs will team up with local talents to prepare the main course for 120 lucky guests.
The third Saigon Gourmet Week is set to strengthen the commitment of the Sofitel Saigon Plaza as an ambassador of French art of living where guests are offered the best French values of cuisine and culture.
