Level 23 Signature Restaurant launches new menu

HCMC – Level 23 Signature Restaurant at the Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers on Dong Khoi Street will launch the new “Sharing is Caring” menu next month, inviting guests to share a meal with their dear ones.
The intimate family sharing style feast featuring “Sharing is Caring” set menu is designed for groups of four with choices of appetizers; two main courses with choices of Surf and Turf platter; seafood platter; roasted baby chicken with ginger soya and onion butter; roasted pork rib with black pepper sauce; sauteed prawn with pasta or roasted potato with sausage, bacon and herbs; and a homemade dessert.
The set menu, costing VND2,288,000++ for four persons, is available daily in March, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Meanwhile, the hotel’s Saigon Café Restaurant is offering a fancy Beats & Bubbles brunch with choices of premium fresh seafood. The feast features Vietnamese specialties, Western, Japanese, Indian delights and many other crowd pleasers that should not be missed for any weekend gathering.
The brunch is priced at VND1,688,000++ per person and is served every Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
In addition, the delicious Wrap collection at The Lounge in the Hotel Lobby will offer wrap food lovers a chance to experience Mexican beef wrap, Cuban pork wrap or Buffalo chicken wrap in March.
The Wrap menu is available daily from 11 a.m., costing from VND160,000 per dish.
