Chef Franco introduces Italian cuisine for Christmas in HCMC

HCMC – Chef Franco from Italy is presenting a menu of Italian dishes specially designed for Christmas at ‘NAMO Tuscan Grill and ‘NAMO Italian restaurants in HCMC this December.
The Italian chef has crafted his holiday menu using some very special ingredients, including late harvest wine from Tuscany and Italian winter truffles.
These special truffles’ flavor brings subtle undertones of garlic, shallots, hazelnuts and chocolate. They are only found this time of year by solo hunters using dogs, making their presence on this festive menu a rare treat for HCMC gourmets.
Two four-course set menus particularly created by Chef Franco, one focusing on seafood and the other on meat, are on offer from now until December 15.
The former includes creative dishes such as amberjack stuffed ravioli, zucchini pesto, and roasted cherry tomatoes and caviar. Meanwhile, the meat menu features beef tartare, duck stuffed tortelli, and Wagyu rib eye.
Chef Franco will also host two cooking classes at ‘NAMO Italian Restaurant on December 7 and 14, showing the secrets behind his authentic cuisine.
